Run AS SSD (just open it, do not need to run the benchmarks) look at upper left and report what the driver is.
It will also show if the partition is aligned, Firmware version (which should be the latest).
Also verify that your laptop has the latest Bios firmware ver.

If Intel based chipset, best driver is iaSTor, followed by msahci. If it shows pcide = BAD - that will tell all. - Links do not work, an I did NOT look up your specific Laptop.

Added, Looking at the link rolli59 posted, Too good to be a "pcide" problem.
I personnally prefer the AS SSD benchmarks, even though they will be lower than "advertised" Sequencial performance.

Thanks for the quick reply guys this is why i love toms hardware.

this drive does have the latest firmware,
ahci is enabled
motherboard bios is the latest
trim is enabled
disk defragmentation is off
yea i've done all of those tweaks above

also i'm sorry about the broken link

AS SSD

shows:
iastore = ok
and shows my alignment is ok

i was just worried about that major dip at the beginning(and a little after) of the hd tune benchmark

i do not want my ssd to die on me

I don't think there is anything to worry about, I have seen dips like that before.
