I have a question for you all, if you all can help me with a question of mine. I am sure plenty of people know how to do this, I am not to sure how to do this.

Right now i have 2 monitors on my radeon 5870.

I would like three.

22" (DVI + VGA Input) + 23.5" (DVI + VGA + HDMI Input)

I have a 19" monitor that I would like to add, and when my bonus comes in I would like to get another 23.5 " monitor.

How do I get 3 monitors enabled? I need to get an active display port?

What do you all recommend on getting?

Does the Quadro 450 card come with active display ports? I might be able to get one for free from this card from a friend.
or will this not suffice?

I see them for 100 + bucks online, do I need to spend this much money for one? or is there ones out there that are 30+ bucks? that will work with the 19"? or nope?

You will need an active DP adapter, the DVI and HDMI ones will cost you $100, but the VGA ones can be found for as little as $25 but not all of them work so make sure you read plenty of reviews to see if people had any success with them.

DP to VGA adapter, find this at another website of your choice as newegg no longer offers it. (the largest monitor, in terms of max native resolution, will have to use this adapter or it will not work)

Its not that bad, I can understand what people go through to try and get eyefinity working as Ive gone through the whole process myself. This question is practically the only one that I can pounce on immediately and with confidence that it is 100% correct (except for the "use driversweeper to clean out all remaining Nvidia drivers" response). It took me a few weeks before I realized I should bookmark those 3 links, :) Im wondering how long it will take before I crack and make some generic word file and just copy and paste. :D But its what I do best.
