Hi,
we have an network drive which is connected through LAN to our PC's.
It has a memory of 4GB, it shows its 3.98GB full and only 1.10MB free space.
Actually the directories in the network drive is of only 348KB.
Can some one help me with this issue?

Check for hidden files, or do a full format of it. Also, what exactly are you looking at when you are checking the space? If this just a network share or are you actually talking about a drive attached to the network? Who setup this network drive? You should check with you IT person. If you have a drive mapped you will be looking at the space for the whole drive, which could be full, while only your share has 348k in it.
