Server build

i know i know yet another "can you build me " ask but im looking for a build to use some old ide hdd laying around so needs to have ide slots on mother board (or converters) for at lest 3 drives (prob get a small drive for os) have a old case but it is my old rig case so is v large which im not looking for

so simply need cool QUITE parts

need
cpu
MD
ram
quite psu

gd cheap air flow case

possible
os/boot hdd

DONT NEED
keyboard
monitor
mouse

prefer using dabs / ebuyer / novertech but happy to shop around for gd deals (parts from different sites) only thing MUST SHIP TO UK

was going to run ubuntu server but if anyone has exp in home / ssh servers and knows better os please give your ideas up.

budget for all this is no more then £350 i know its tight but if you HAVE to go over do or surgest a part and recommend and upgrade i'll consider.

forgot to add would like to stream vid to pc on it (locally) and access files from externally so would need to be efficient as on 24/7

Instead of building, how about an HP ProLiant ML115 G5 Server for £279 and expand on it, for the price, its cool.
