Failure HDD makes laptop keep rebooting

HI

I have a failure sata HDD need to recover data, I install it in my Acer laptop and the laptop cannot bootup (of course it is failure)
but the problem is, I even cannot go into the bios setup page even I press the F2, it just beep then restart again...

are there anything I can do instead of finding data recovery company ?

Use an external dock or attach to a desktop that has a free SATA port if it is a SATA drive, then use Recuva or Easeus Data Recovery to see if you can recover anything.

If the drive had a mechanical failure it is unlikely that you will recover anything without a data recovery service, which will cost a lot.
