Worth upgrading MB and RAM?

Hello,I have a Asus P5N E SlI MB with 4GIG of ram and a Intel quad 4-E6600 CPU, and thinking of upgrading my MB and RAM with Asus P5P4TD with 6 Gig of DDR3 OZC menory.Is new MB and ram worth upgrading?

With a E6600, it is not worth upgrading your MOBO & RAM to DDR3. I would recommend save up additional funds and make a complete platform change to the LGA 1155 (Sandy Bridge) in early 2011 or when you have the funds.

With your system, your next move should only be to a new platform versus upgrade within the E.O.L. LGA 775 platform... IMO
