Amd Phenom 11 x4 cpu heatsink fan problem

Hi all.

Recently bought a amd phenom ii x4 925 processor (boxed) and it came with the amd heatsink and fan. Anyway for the past week the cpu fan has been making a very light grinding noise like the ball bearings in the fan have run out of oil. It does it most times im on the pc but sometimes i never hear it.

Do i need to replace the fan on the heatsink or is this normal?

If i need to replace whats the cheapest replacement fan i can get and what size?

any help appricated.

thought i would add temps idol around 37c-42c (depending on temp in room) and under load can go to 57c

And i am not using amd cool and quiet
