Should i be rethinking this?

ok so i just passed up the $450 (including taxes) mark on my parts not counting o.s im using my old copy of xp heres the specs ill tell you what i paid i bought everything at micro center i think the prices were fair let me know if somethings amiss and the graphics card is crap because i needed it to have s-video out and thats dead on all new age card thanks to hdmi so really im seaking advice on that upgrade so beast video card with s-video? im installing windows 7 on it today to get the windows scores
