Looks like a solid budget gaming build.

If the Athlon II x3 435 is substantially cheaper, it is almost as fast and could save you some money.

If WD doesnt have single 500GB platter drives yet then a Seagate 7200.12 500GB or Samsung F3 500GB will be faster and cheaper.

For overclocking you will want a heat sink. Look for Coolermaster Hyper 212, Scythe Mugen 2 or Sunbeam Core contact Freezer for inexpensive good coolers. Just be careful they fit in your case.
