More about : build wanted dndhatcher March 19, 2010 10:23:59 PM Looks like a solid budget gaming build. If the Athlon II x3 435 is substantially cheaper, it is almost as fast and could save you some money. If WD doesnt have single 500GB platter drives yet then a Seagate 7200.12 500GB or Samsung F3 500GB will be faster and cheaper. For overclocking you will want a heat sink. Look for Coolermaster Hyper 212, Scythe Mugen 2 or Sunbeam Core contact Freezer for inexpensive good coolers. Just be careful they fit in your case. pepperman March 20, 2010 5:33:52 AM That WD drive is indeed a single platter (http://yertech.blogspot.com/2009/08/single-platter-wd-c...). Agreeing with what dndhatcher said above, you save £6 by going with the 435 http://www.ebuyer.com/product/176043 Here's a good heatsink/fan (there are better, but this one was near the top of the featured list at the time) http://www.ebuyer.com/product/176157 Can't find your answer ?
