Overclocking Failed! But System not overclocked!

Hi guys,my new post after a long time.

My System Specs are:

Intel Pentium DUal Core E6600 @ 3.06GHz
2 gb kingston ddr3 1333 and 2gb Zion ddr3 1333 Running at 1066 Mhz
ASUS P5G41MLX
Seagate 250gb sata

From past two days,my systems shuts off automatically and shows overclock failed,but my system is not overclocked,its completely running at stock clocks. I have been using these two brand rams for past few months and was not showing anykind of errors and i tested the memory using memtest and it didnt show any errors.Kindly help me to solve the problem,Now i am running with zion ram alone.No problems till now.

Reset the BOIS, try one stick of ram at a time, if it fails with one its bad. if you reset the BOIS, and use one stick of RAM at a time and fails with one and not the other then a stick is bad

tried running with one stick,its not showing any errors.Tried both ram's. Now updated bios and installed both ,lets see.

I think the culprit is hard disk,when ever i refresh or do something when the hard drive is busy,it restarts.
