well ive used MSI afterburner and TRixx and only lets me go... +.20 on the voltage slider no higher.. it only does it on certain games at certain Speeds like the UginHeaven at 1230/1400 artifacts but on CSS its fine.. but no noticable Difference from stock 1100/1300 to 1195/1325

If you want a Core Clock above 1150Mhz, will have to bump up the voltage a bit more.

This is what I'm running on my Sapphire HD7870 Ghz.

I could probably push it further, but its already a decent overclock and its somewhat loud under load.

Very nice manofchalk! This is the OC i got to the other day... It did seem stable at much higher settings but after a few hours of gaming it started to crash.
This is the sweet stop i found.

This is my results in FurMark on the benchmark preset 1080p (GPU stress test tool).

These temps are high, but they only get that high in stress testing.
The temp only gets to around 50c while playing bf3 for a few hours.

This is results from running the same test on my GPU with stock settings.

i have a 7850 (which overclocks the same as a 7870, but with slightly lower temps) and can get 1190core with 1180 as voltage and 1400mhz memory.
also trigg, how did you get 1231 as voltage? did you flash your bios? i can only go to 1225

Maybe your card is limited to that voltage? I didnt do anything special to get my voltage.
