CPU voltage question

I just recently overclocked my i7 2600k to 4.4ghz and set the voltage to 1.300 in my bios. My temps seem just fine when running tests such as prime. my only worry is that when I check my voltage using my cpu monitoring software, it says it is at 1.38. I am just wondering if it is suppose to go up to that even though I have it set lower.
