Where do i order a 4yr old cpu from?

hello . i have had a dual core Athlon 64 fx-60 cpu recommended to me as the best cpu for a socket 939 motherboard .this technology is 4 yrs old so i am having a little trouble finding somewhere to order it from.if anyone can help i would be much obliged . thanks

For the cost of a FX-60 off of Ebay, you can get this processor and a decent motherboard. Better off building a new system.

i looked on ebay , no luck. they are limited in their 5yr old cpu stocks. im guessing the newegg site is probably quite new stuff but ill check it out ,thanks

For that amount of money (plus the shipping), you can buy a new, faster CPU, a reasonable but budget mobo, and put another $75 toward the new DDR3 RAM you'll also need; all of which will be under warranty.
