Question:

Sorry for Noob Questions, It's my 1st Time to Overclock a Rig.

1. My Core Voltage Set to 1.450V, but in CPU-Z it changes from 1.432V-1.440V-1450V, is this Normal?

2. Is CPUTIN my CPU Temperature? I find It weird 'cause there are times It reaches 127C? But NO ERRORS, WARNING, Etc. >.<

3. Is my Core Voltage appropriate for 4.4Ghz? when I tried 1.435V @ Stability Core #0 Stopped. Is 1.450V Good?

(Sorry for my Bad English. :D)

Here's a Screenshot of my Temps after Playing Assassin's Creed 3.

The maximum for that CPU is 72(?), I think.
You're fine as long as you stay at least 10 degrees from the maximum, so you're fine till 62, any higher and you should consider reducing voltage, or getting a better cooling solution.
