Ok, I have bought this phone on Ebay - Motorola v400 unlocked T-Mobile.
My Cell Server Provider is T-Mobile, but the Motorola v400 is Cingular,
so my ? is, How do you connect to the web, so I can download Free
Ringtones & Wallpapers.
Any Suggestions? :D

The statement above seems to be obfuscatory, at best. Clarity will be
more likely to elicit helpful responses.

If the "Motorola v400 [is] unlocked T-Mobile," how can "the Motorola
v400 is Cingular" also be true? Which is it?
