Off hand, the images would need to be higher resolution and the lighting would need to be such that the lettering on the integrated circuits would be easily readable when one zooms in on an image.

Not exactly an easy thing to do, but it can be done.

Although chances are, the BIOS chip most probably won't be replaceable for several reasons which I can easily list.

- 1) I didn't see any small sockets indicative of a replaceable BIOS chip
- 2) The majority of the components are wave soldered
- 3) Even if you were able to identify the BIOS chip and carefully remove it without damaging the circuit board, it would still be a very delicate process to solder the new chip in place without overheating it or damaging anything else.

Your best bet would be to Google Laptop replacement parts and include your Laptop model number.

I don't know what model you have, but here is a site I have purchased from in the past.
Maybe they might have a replacement motherboard for your laptop?

Impact Computers & Electronics

I have NO affiliation with them other than having purchased from them in the past.
If they don't have what you need then maybe some other parts supplier will have a
replacement motherboard.

Good Luck!
