More fans?

I seem to only have 2 fans in my PC and I don't want it to get too hot.
I only have 2 at the marked places, none in the cover that I took off. There seem to be plenty of spaces for fans. Should I add one or even more?

Here's is what I would do. I would check the current temps in a typical situation in your current setup then add a fan to the back of the case, check again and compare the results. Of course the ambient room temp would need to be the same each time. I think it would be best add another fan to the upper back. In my experience, more heat exhausts from the back of the case than the top.
