HDDScan S.M.A.R.T. Report What does this mean?

Does this mean my HDD is dead? I've tried googling what those 3 exclamations mean. From my understanding the drive is dead? I can copy to the drive about 1GB but the rest just fails with a error "0x8007045D"

Yep, pretty much dead. Although the errors are OK, the sectors are messed up. A full format may cure this, but it's safer to get a new drive.

Can you help me understand what the 3 warnings are. I understood the first warning which is you know spare sectors that have been used to replace bad ones or maybe I'm wrong but what does the other two mean? I couldn't find that info.

Event 197 I think is when the drive needs to move data out of a bad sector and move it into another (or rather avoid a sector it tried to write in). The second I don't know.
