New Intel i7 Build, What do you think?

Theres the build. I was wondering, does everything look alright? Should I upgrade to Sata III or stay with Sata II? Does this build deem worthy in your eyes? I already have a monitor, mouse, and keyboard. And this build was mainly created to play graphic dependent MMORPGs and RPGs. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a good balance of choices for your components and all work well together. Obviously the extra time you spend on a neat internal cabling the better, otherwise a messy interior will disrupt the airflow / cooling
