I need suggestions for a decent video card. I will use a monitor with 1920x 1200 resolution. Do I need a particular card for this? I'm not into heavy gaming and will beusing my computer mainly for photoshop CS4, movies.
Is ATI radeon HD4670 or HD5670 sufficient?
Thanks

5670 is much better than 4670, but its near the low end 5000 series. I frankly would save some money and get a 5800 series or a 5700 series if you can

Even with mid/low settings in game, you would need at least a HD5750 under 1920x1200.

The HD5770 is a bit more than I wanted to spend (about $100)

What about if I don't play games?

How about HD5750 ?
I'm sure it can handle that resolution(1920x1200) pretty well since u aren't into heavy gaming. :)

HD5740 looks like a good option. Is 512MB memory enough? I can get Powercolor radeon HD5750 for $128 w/512MB

OK. I've narrowed it down to:
1) XFX Radeon HD 5670 775MHZ 1GB GDDR5 4.0GHZ HDMI DVI Display Port DIRECTX11 PCI-E Video Card $$123

2) ASUS Radeon HD 5670 775MHZ 1GB GDDR5 4.0GHZ HDMI DVI VGA DIRECTX11 PCI-E Video Card 124$

3) Powercolor Radeon HD 5750 PCs 700MHZ 512MB 4.6GHZ GDDR5 2XDVI HDMI DP DIRECTX11 PCI-E Video Card 128$

I'm almost there!

4)XFX Radeon HD 4770 750MHZ 512MB 3.2GHZ GDDR5 Dual DVI TV Out PCI-E Video Card 117$

Which one should I choose? All bout the same price.

I just wonder if I would see any difference in performance between the HD4770 and HD5770 if I wasnt plaing high end games.
