Hello, I've got a Nvidia geforce 9300 ge and I'm thinking about buying the XFX (ATI) Radeon HD4890. The geforce 9300 ge is a PCI-e x16 card but the ATI card is PCI-e 2.0. My question is: Can i use this card?

Yes, but keep in mind that u need an appropriate power supply for the ati card

It's a big jump from 9300 GE to HD4890. yes u can use that card but make sure u have an enough power from your PSU... :)

Yes, so long as your PSU is sufficient to power it and it fits into your case.
