Can't get into computer system

Hello,
I can't access my computer because I changed the user codee and password somewhere in the computer but not sure where. When you turn on computer it brings up a screen that requests you're admin password. do you know how to reset?

Try doing a format & clean install by booting from DVD, or a restore disc.
