Use a quality brand, such as antec, corsair, pc power and cooling, enermax, or seasonic. For watts, alot depends on the rest of your system specs, especially the video card.

If you have installed a graphic card, please tell us the model.
If you are using the onboard GPU, these PSUs are more than enough to handle your system:

ANTEC EarthWatts 380W
SEASONIC S12 II 330W
CORSAIR CX400 400W (by Seasonic)
ENERMAX ECO80+ 350W
OCZ StealthXStream 400W (by CWT)

All of them are quality PSUs. Choose the cheapest one.

A power supply doesn't need to "fit" a board; it's (PSUs) compatibility with the case is what the matter of concern should be.
