Corsair H60 Push Pull Or ?

I'm having a hard time deciding which one will keep my CPU cooler...need some help !

option two will be much less effective than option 1

Will be changing to option 1 when some new fans I ordered come in as I'm going to have to take my PC apart to install fans which should be this Wednesday and I'll reply back here with the results. I currently have it in option 2.
