Any thoughts?

Ok so here is my build,

gts 250 sli
Q9400
4 gb ps2 6400 memory
xfx 750i motherboard
corsair 750 watt

I dont think I'm getting the full potential of my system. I've seen benchmarks of similiar systems with games like cysis that run the game just fine on very high settings. For me the game lags a bit on high at 1920x1200, not to mention very high, plus warhead can only play good on medium settings. I haven't overclocked any of the components yet, but plan to.

I know the problem isn't heat because my case is proplely cooled, so any thoughts on what it could be?

Hmmm, so I'm guessing I should reinstall all of them?
