Well here's my opinion

With the oldest quad core available and a garbage power supply, and not the best motherboard, and an older processor socket, and previous generation memory...

I'd say you won't get more than $400 for it.

No, I think you'll get more than 4 with the monitor too. I think ~550 or so is a little more fair. I mean, it's an old C2Q, but still has a lot of potential, especially if it's a G0. At 3.4, it's a fair contender. PSU needs help, but with all the extras, it's got some value. If I was in the market, I'd look at it.

I visit the FS/FT forum on Hard quite a bit. Doing a running total in my head for what I normally see those parts go for, I stopped around the PSU when I hit $850. Its harder to sell a complete system for that much, but if you part it out you should get around that. Its impossible to say for sure, but north of $700-$750 is pretty much a given.

It's not that bad I mean I couldn't touch that on tigerdirect.com or newegg.com for under $700, its true value would be $650.00 OBO.
I mean if I was you I would look up the main parts on newegg.com and sell them seperate on craigslist or E-Bay to get the most bang for your buck.

Like look up your XFX ATI Radeon 5770 1GB video card on newegg.com and then use that price as a selling point so lets say the card is worth 100, sell it for 80 thats 20 under retail and they get it now!

Its totally up to you of course.
