Celeron 530 upgrade

Hello,
I have a sotec wh3424-xp. It has the celeron 530 1.73ghz processor in it now. The number on the processor is sla2g. I have tried to contact tech support for the laptop,but there is a language/understanding barrier. I do not speak nor read japanesse. The laptop was made in japan and all emails and phone calls are answered in japaneese. I want to upgrade to a dual core. Anyone that can help me figure out what processor i can use would be very appriciated.

There is a very little chance that you will find a processor upgrade for you laptop, since the celeron is a dated socket. The other thing is processor upgrades are not at all recomended for laptops, due to reliability issues. It is better you get a new laptop.
