Seagate vs WD 1.5TB HDD

Forum CPU & Components : Other Components Seagate vs WD 1.5TB HDD

I'm adding a new hard drive to my rig and I was looking at two very similar ones.

The WD one (Amazon item names)
"Western Digital 1.5 TB Caviar Green SATA Intellipower 64 MB Cache Bulk/OEM Desktop Hard Drive WD15EARS"

The Seagate one
"Seagate Barracuda 7200 1.5 TB 7200RPM SATA 3Gb/s 32MB Cache 3.5 Inch Internal Hard Drive ST31500341AS"

The reviews are all bad for Seagate HDDs but I have 2 1TB Seagate drives in my rig right now and they work perfectly.
Obviously price isn't an option as they are exactly the same price

So would someone mind helping me please?

Thank You!

If you want to install an OS, I would go for the WD Caviar Black 1TB WD1002FAEX SATA 6Gb/s 64MB-cache, the Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB SATA 3Gb/s 32MB-cache or the WD Caviar Black 2TB WD2001FAAS SATA 3Gb/s 64MB-cache.
If you want the HD for storage, then the WD green one is good enough.
