Sustitute for Gigabyte GA-P55-USB3

Hi guys!
Today I've bought:
Intel i5-760
Gigabyte GTX 460 1GB OC
Kingston HyperX PC12800 4GB CL9
Corsair TX650
Antec Three Hundred
As you see I'm missing a MoBo, and I had decided on a Gigabyte GA-P55-USB3. My store doesn't have them in stock and since I have all the other components it feels kind of shitty to not build it :>
The MoBo:s they have in stock are:
ASUS P7P55D
ASUS P7Q57-M DO
Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H
Is there any good substitute? I guess that the P7P55D is the way to go if any. Lacking USB3, but I don't see the need for that right now. I'm planning to OC a little, is the ASUS as good as the Gigabyte for that?
