ATI calalyst

The first time I installed 10.2 catalyst everything worked fine, I could access all the advanced options and so on.
Then I accidently changed my resolution to the higher than my monitor can handle and the whole screen messed up, so I had to boot up my PC in safe mode, uninstall and reinstal everything.
Which I did.

However, now when I install 10.2 I can't access advanced options, I only get

And if I press on the CCC - Advanced from the start menu, nothing happens.

use the catalyst install manager to remove all ati software, then reinstall it.
