Nvidia GeForce 8400 gs Crashing

I have had this issue for a while, about once a month my laptop was crashing and when rebooting my graphic would be all off...

Well today, it has crashed three different times, I've tried restarting, leaving it alone for a while, updates, and reseting my graphics.
I've looked up various problems my computer has against it and overheating is one of them, but for the fact my graphics is all sorts of messed up after I have to reboot it, I think it's my graphics card.
Any fixes, suggestions or idea why it's doing this please let me know.

Nvidia had a huge recall on laptop GPUs, and warrantys were extended for laptops, I'm not sure if it is still available, but I bet your GPU overheated and is now busted. If its not on warranty its better to buy a new laptop.

Ahh... I got lucky my warranty is still active, and ill take it in tomorrow. Thank you much
