So I overclocked my intel i5 3570k with my corsair h100i water cooler to 4.0Ghz.

On 100% load with Prime95 temps range between 35-40c

Core coltage is 0.980-09.990.

Core speed 4000.04Mhz.

Are these good temps ect?

Also in cpu z it says specification Intel R Core(TM) i5-3570k CPU @ 3.40Ghz, should that say 4.00Ghz?

Just finished stress test with OCCT, 100% the temps are near the same. 39-46c.

What are you using to test your temperatures? I suggest running core temp or real temp.

Also, for a CPU overclock you should try prime95 large fft test, which will probably bring your temps over 40C - which is why I'm asking to make sure you are using a reputable temperature measuing program.
