Need help....

I have an asrock P55 extreme mb with corsair xms3 ddr3 1600 ram . Here is my problem when I built my pc the ram was set at 1333 in the bios and when I turn it up with all the right timings and voltage I get freezing and crashing after about five minutes. But it runs fine at 1333, I can't figure it out . Please help...

Its possible your PSU is not delivering stable voltage at the higher bandwidth. Check your PSU and make sure it is delivering clean stable power. It is also possible that your Motherboard requires a BIOS update. Also make sure that your RAM is certified for the Motherboard it actually can matter.

Seems like the voltage is not set to the right notch. Maybe you should try setting it as advertised, then going down from there.

Your motherboard natively supports DDR3 1600 MHz ram so it should not be a problem in the first place.. Are you sure you've got the right memory modules.? If required, try changing the memory slots and test..
