Virus protection turned off

scan showed I have Trogan win 32. did scan then correction, but still warning shows virus protection still off. when i click the "off" to turn it back on, nothing happens. how to fix this problem?

windows offline scanner, cancel first screen and go for full scan.

You also can try the free version of MalwareBytes AntiMalware: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/
Make a full scan with it.

Try re-installing your antivirus software. If still it don’t work then install any other software and run scan. I’m using Immunet you may also try it.
