Very low idle temps but very high load temps? FX 8150

Hello there.

I posted in the Overclocking<AMD forum about my recent overclocking bouts. But now I'm getting a bit worried because I recently found out that my method of measuring temps was inaccurate.

I was using the Asus AI Suite tool that came with my motherboard. That would read my cpu at no higher than 61c when playing Far Cry 3

Now using HW monitor, things seem to be pretty bad. I was shocked to see that my AMD FX 8150 had leaped to 71c while playing Far Cry 3 on full settings.

Here is a screenshot: http://s8.postimage.org/hnrya2zyd/Untitled.jpg (sorry it's sideways, imgur was overcapacity so I had to use a strange site)

Anyways. I'm using a coolermaster V6GT heatsink (which I've heard is a very good cooler) that appears to be installed properly. I just attempted to do some cleanup on it (get some dust out of the radiator) but that hasn't done too much to help. (I'm willing to do a full cleanup if it comes to that)

My 8150 is overclocked to 4.5ghz with the voltage at around 1.4.

Specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8150
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 670 2gb
Mobo: Asus Sabertooth 990fx
Ram: G.Skill DDR 3 4gb x2

Hope you guys can help me.
