hello

i have ex58 ud4p mobo by gigabyte how do i know if my version is suited for 64 bit i have f6 version do i need to upgrade bios??

Not sure I understand your question, but yes that motherboard is capable of having a 64bit OS installed, As long as you have a 64-bit compatible CPU.

So, if you wouldn't mind posting the other specs on your computer, I'd be happy to let you know if you do or do not have a 64-bit compatible CPU.

Your BIOS does not determine whether or not your computer is 64-bit compatible. When you install windows, or whichever OS you chose to install, make sure you chose the 64 bit option. (if you're chosing a disk with both 32/64bit versions) Your CPU does in fact support a 64-bit system, therefore you should have no problem installing one.
