Ecs g31t-m7 overclock

Hi I want to overclock my cpu
Ive tried using FSB but it doesn't have my motherboard (ECS G31T-M7) so can I even overclock on my motherboard? if I can can someone please help me with which program I must use.

You can use SetFSB http://www13.plala.or.jp/setfsb/ to overclock any MB, you just need to know the PLL number.

I have an ECS G31T-M MB and The PLL is a 9LPRS419DFLF. It will normally be the chip beside a small oval aluminum crystal with 14.318 stamped on it. The chip will normally have ICS etched on it, but, not always.
