Mushkin chronos in AHCI mode,and second drive not detected?

Okay I just did a fresh install of windows 7 with ahci enabled in the bios,but the problem I have now is my 1 terabyte storage drive is not showing up. In device manager it says this device is working properly,but under system properties the drive does not show up at all, how can I fix this?

You have to go to control panel>administrative tool>computer management>disk management> click the 1TB HD and then format, (before you format the HD saving the file to other one), after format the HD, it will show up.
