I want to build a resonably pried computer to get online with.

I am thinking the best way to go for a new computer that might last longer and meet my need in the future is the i7, 860
But should i go with 1156 or 1366
Please give your opinions.

To get online, the price of an i7 will be unreasonable. There are lots of cheaper alternative that will do the job.

Batuchka's build is just what you need to get online, however if you wanted a more future proof PC that's a little more solid look at the image below.

This PC has a video card in it, if you don't game or do any graphics stuff it's not needed. let me know.
