DV6700 Starcraft 2

Hey guys. I have a DV6700, 2.0 GHz core 2 duo processor and 4G Ram. This laptop will not run SC2 on base settings. Can I upgrade this comp to cost-effectively play SC2? If so where's a good place to find out about this stuff? Appreciate any help possible.
