Phenom II X4 965 gaming rig

Hi, I am going to build a budget gaming rig and need some help.I'll be putting a Phenom II X4 965 and 4GB GSkill 1600Mhz(9:9:9:24) on the Gigabyte 790GMT-USB3 motherboard.For GPU I'll be using my old XFX GTX 275 that i purchased 10-11 months ago.My question is will any of these components result in any kind of CPU or GPU Bottleneck.

Nope all looks good but I wouldn't get the 965 go for the 955BE its the same processor and $20 cheaper. It can be changed with a simple multiplier increase.

Oh..thanks!!! I didn't notice that...well it looks like i just saved those $20...and sorry bout the mobo it was "785GMT" instead of 790...!!!Thanks buddy.
