Hello,
I have recently purchase Intel Core i5 750 (graphics not integrated) with Intel Original Board H55 and 2GB*2 DDR3 Ram. The PC is not booting. It does only on fitting PCI express card. Does the above mentioned CPU + MB does not have grpahics onboard?

You answered your own question. :)

Only specific dual-core i5 CPUs have the integrated graphics chips. The i5-750 is what I call a "real i5" cpu. It's a GREAT processor, but does not have graphics built in. Integrated graphics won't work for any gaming type applications. So if this system is intended just for web browsing, email, and office use an i5 dual-core with GPU built in is what you want. If you want to play games, you need to purchase a GPU.
