5770: How to Do HDMI Out to 1080 HDTV

Hello,

I just purchased this card. I thought getting a picture on my HDTV would be as simple as connecting the videocard to TV via HDMI cable. I know the TV HDMI is good because I had a Playstation connected to it and it works. I didn't have to do anything except select the HDMI channel on the TV. This must be some issue that is so obvious I am overlooking it... Drivers are installed, Catalyst is installed, the card works fine sending video to my monitor. I unhooked the monitor cable from the card so that HDMI to the TV was the only possible output. Then I restarted. Still no image on the TV. What am I not doing?

Plug both your monitor and tv into your video card. Im thinking you need to go into CCC and manually enable the tv as either extended or make it the primary output.
