I have an Asus P7H55-M Motherboard and its supposed to support 1600mhz ram which i have, but according to cpu-z my memory running at 667mhz. Its also in single channel and not dual channel, ive checked the bios and the max speed i can set dram frequency to is 1333mhz, anyone know how to fix?

Thanks.

Welcome, Newcomer. 1600 MHz is an overclock setting. You simply can't run your RAM at that frequency without adjusting your BIOS.

Set multiplier to x19
Set BLCK frequency to 200

You will need to adjust the BLCK frequency and the RAM frequencies as well to find some suitable numbers - play around.
