I'm I holding this CPU back with current setup? Is anyone running one of these? Whats A good AM3 MB for this CPU, and recommended Ram, to get the most out of the CPU.Thanks all...P.s I like this CPU and the cooler I'm using does a great job , keeping temp. low Scythe 2000 RT

DDR3 RAM will probably only benefit you in a AM3 motherboard with only a few percent advantage at best (like perhaps a 5% advantage compared with DDR3 -1600 or a 3 % advantage with DDR3-1333.Myself I have a Phenom II X3 740 CPU in a Foxconn Cinema Premium AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard and am using some spare DDR2-800.I am quite satisfied with it.

You are holding your CPU back only slightly but it's not really cost effective for you to get a AM3 motherboard if your AM2+ motherboard is working fine.
