I'd go for either the ASUS P6X58D Premium or GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD5 or even the UD3R version. Personally I'd go for the X58A-UD3R, if money wasn't a concern with regards to this selection of motherboards, I'd go for the P6X58D Premium instead.

The X58A UD3R is great value for money. It will stand up to any of those boards in overclocking & has bullet proof stability & reliability. In fact, it has even got a "Recommended Buy" from Tom's itself. I say you get that, & with the money saved, get a decent sound card.

If I were you I woud go for the ASUS P6X58D-E. This mobo has a great performance, overclocking very well, presents all the latest technologies, and is very stable. Moreover, the price is good. In my opinion, it's no necessary to go for the Premium.

As other people has said, the GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R is another very good option. It's performance/price ratio is incredible.
There is an interesting article about this matter in this website:
