Unable to access facebook.

i am switching from dial up to hi speed verizon... modem has been hooked up.. service will be activated 12/7.. since hook up i cannot access facebook.. all others activate ok.. what is my problem???? help rita

Hi Rita, first congrats on switching from dial-up... it's about time!!!

So all other websites open except for facebook? Is this at home or work? Some offices block sites like facebook or disable MSN according to policies.

Try this, go to Start > Run > and type "cmd" (without "")
Type: ping www.facebook.com
You'll see a number like 173.252.110.20
Type that number in your browser and see if that works
