You really need to watch the Newegg ad several times a week for the current best deals (if you are in the US), right now it looks like the best price on a very good drive is $90 FS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

My current favorite 1Tb 7200 rpm drive is $135 right now: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

That $135 drive is $119 now -- a very good deal, like I said, watch for sales.

I was actually just looking at that seagate. Only bad thing is it only has a 1 year warranty. Should I get it?

I really like the 5 year on the Black Caviar and the BC has much better reliability ratings. $45 is a big difference though, and I probably would go for the Seagate.
