Is this your first time OC'ing?

Sounds about right to me. Metro is a very demanding game, the largest increases will be on the slowest scenes
  3. the "best" way to see the improvements of your GPU OC, is to get furmark, do a 720/1080 preset test with no OC and with OC, and compare the results
  4. Its my 1st time Overclocking a gpu graphic card. Ive overclocked lots of cpus however never really bothered with gpu

Thanks for the Tip ill try furmark
  5. fps went down 2 fps went overclocked on furmark somthing is wrong..

You may also have to increase the power limit
  7. Hmm alright ill try that. Whats a safe amount? +2? +3?

Try between +5 and +10. Just keep an eye on your temps
  9. Hmm i put it to +8 and the Results are the same... maybie ill put my core and memory down a bit from 1200 to 1150
  10. Something i noticed with the 79** series is that some are very particular with overclocks, mine can only do 1100 on the core and 1550mhz on the memory any higher and the card drop fps by about 5-10fps. Is the card still boosting in game? it is a ghz edition, and want to make sure its not trying to clock higher that would mess it up. Also you can just drag the slider up to 20% for the power, it should be just fine. and you take a gpu-z screenshot and upload it so we can see.
