I3 vs custom built, less great processor?

OR i can customize one basically.

OR it can go with Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo Processor T6600 (2.2GHz, 2MB L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB) not sure which is better.

The i3 would do better than the Core 2's, and its integrated GPU is a lot stronger than the intel GMA 4500 so the i3 is the best option.
